Long Exposure

Long Exposure images are great to capture especially when it looks like objects are still moving. The workshop is for one day and split into theory during the morning and a practical session in the afternoon.

The theory session will be looking at:

  • Kit required

  • Exposure

  • Use of filters

  • Use of polarizer

  • ND Filters

  • Graduated filter

  • Little stopper and big stopper filters

  • Use of shutter release cable

  • How to use a neutral density filter chart (provided)

After lunch we will then head out and practice with the aim to get correctly exposed images with the use of slow shutter speeds and the use of filters.

You will also take away a booklet to aid you further.
